Homes

The Co-operative manages 112 houses which are owned by Salix Homes and Great Places Housing Association.

The houses are on Regent Square, King Edward Street, Huddart Close, St.Ignatius Walk and Tatton Street. None of these streets is a through road, and St. Ignatius Walk is pedestrian access only.

The Salix homes number 75 and are possibly the first built Council housing in Salford. They comprise of two and three bedroom elegant terraced Edwardian homes. Each house is slightly different, ranging from a two bedroom terrace with a living room, combined kitchen/dining room and secure back yard, to a three bedroom house with two living areas, separate kitchen, back garden and driveway.
